Nysa Technology was founded on one observation: most vCISO consultants stop at "audit-ready" — handing clients a roadmap and a stack of policies, then leaving them to face the auditor alone. We don't. We build the program, run the implementation, sit through the audit, and deliver the certification report.

We provide Hands-On vCISO services as your independent contractor — building, running, and passing audits for SOC 2, HITRUST, ISO 27001, and GDPR, plus full HIPAA and NIST compliance programs. For teams with internal capacity, we offer Advisory engagements that coach your in-house team.

The Founder

Pedram Kalantari

Nysa Technology was founded by Pedram Kalantari, a CISSP-certified cybersecurity professional with hands-on experience building compliance programs at healthcare and technology companies. As CISO at Movn Health, he built compliance programs from the ground up — covering HITRUST, SOC 2, HIPAA, NIST, and ISO 27001. As virtual CISO at Cayaba Care, he led security operations for a healthcare technology company.

He launched Nysa Technology to bring the same senior, hands-on leadership to growing companies that need elite security expertise — without the cost or commitment of a full-time CISO hire.
